Ros is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and former secondary school teacher. She trained in clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy, brief solution focused therapy and cognitive psychotherapy. She also runs programmes for Health clubs and the local borough for Adult Education.
Ros is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Hypnotherapy Association, the NHS Complementary and Alternative Register and the Institute of Learning, a government funded Register of Teachers, Tutors and Trainers.

The inital consultation for adult sessions lasts one and a half hours, subsequent sessions are one hour and both cost £55. The number of sessions will vary from person to person. A CD of the session is available if appropriate.
Children's sessions are £35 per hour.
